Meet the one who holds the space for practice and accompaniment at PRANASUKHAM.
I am Cinthia Carolina Miño, an accompanist in integral well-being processes through yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and conscious energy work.
My journey stems from the personal and professional experience of inhabiting the body at different moments in life, understanding that well-being is neither forced nor rushed: it is built with presence, listening, and continuity.
I trained as an Integral Yoga and Yoga Therapy teacher, Ayurvedic counselor, meditation instructor, Reiki practitioner, and conscious sound practitioner. I integrate these tools from a human, respectful approach applied to daily life.
At PRANASUKHAM, I accompany people going through stress, fatigue, anxiety, or dysregulation, who are looking for a real space of support, without magic formulas or quick solutions.
I believe in processes, in one's own rhythm, and in the possibility of returning to the body as home. My way of accompanying is close, clear, and profound, always with respect for each story and each vital moment.
"The true teacher is your own felt experience. My role is to facilitate the conditions so you can listen to it with clarity and safety."
I hold a space where there is no demand or correction. The practice starts from being with what is, just as it presents itself, with kindness and respect.
Accompaniment is built from a careful and predictable framework. This allows the body to relax and the process to unfold with greater stability.
Each body, each story, and each moment is unique. Practices are adjusted to the reality of whoever arrives, prioritizing what is possible and necessary.
The body sets the pace. Listening to its signals and accompanying its timing is a central part of the practice, without forcing or rushing processes.
